American performer Pat Finn, who appeared in popular television series like Friends, Seinfeld and The Middle, has succumbed at the age of 60.
The comedy and improvisation performer passed away at his residence in Los Angeles this Monday after undergoing treatment for a cancer diagnosis beginning in 2022, as reported by media reports.
"He considered no one a stranger - only friends he hadn't encountered," his family stated in a announcement.
They noted that he had "lived his life fully - with zest and passion".
An Extensive TV Career
His debut TV appearance was in the George Wendt Show in the mid-90s, where he portrayed the brother of the main character.
He subsequently landed a repeating character on Murphy Brown between 1995 and 1997.
He starred as the character Joe Mayo in "Seinfeld" in 1998, portraying a party host who would assign unpleasant chores to his guests.
Throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, he had guest spots on a variety of hit series, including:

He was most recognized for portraying the character Bill Norwood in "The Middle", appearing throughout eight seasons from 2011 to 2018.

The actor is remembered by his wife Donna, his three kids, and his family.
